Ashley was brilliant! my hair looks gorgeous, Ashley really knew what she was talking about. I left with my hair in beautiful condition, it looks so healthy and the finish is stunning. I am very pleased with my overall experience at the salon and I will most definitely be returning.

After trying out many salons in Manchester, I am so happy to have finally found my dream hair dressers. Ashley was so lovely and her attention to detail is second to none. She completely understood the look I wanted to create, gave expert advice on how I could achieve what I wanted based on the level of upkeep I could give, and put so much care and thought into creating the overall look for me. I came away with the most beautiful hair and I’m already excited for my next appointment with Ashley.

1st visit, arrived to find not a salon but a small studio room & she said she was running late 30 minis late, not a great start but it wasn't 30m so ok but wasn't offered so much as a glass of water or anything whilst waiting.
Haircut is the worst ever. Once I looked at it properly at home I was in tears. Firstly she hadn't done what I'd asked for although I felt I was very clear. 2nd the front of my hair is longer than the back and in general it is very uneven. I got a refund but Im mortified.

Firstly, I was running late due to the map taking me nowhere near the location that is just tucked away but Ashley was really helpful texting and letting us know location.
When we got there she did not make me feel rushed but listened to what I wanted and accommodated it very well telling me what she thought would suit and it looks fab
