As soon as I walked in I felt uncomfortable. No staff greeted me eventually a technician looked up and said “do you have an appointment?’ No hello or greeting. Then take a seat.
20 minutes late my treatment was started. 2 treatments underway in adjacent rooms with no doors closed or privacy. Just not a relaxing experience. Treatment just went through the motions of scrub, massage, etc all very halfhearted
