The experience itself was fine - Erin was lovely however my extensions lasted literally a few days before they all fell out. I’m left with a few wisps and as I’m on holiday it’s unfortunate. It was an expensive 4 days essentially and 2 hours of my time. I’ve had lashes many times before - not from here. I emailed but haven’t heard back so as of now I won’t be returning

Removed the gels but charged extra as it might have been builder gel (didn’t seem like extra work). I expected an electrical file but it was just soak and file. £25 is overpriced and it didn’t include any shaping of the nails. The appointments were running late and my nails hurt from being too thinned with the file.
