An eyebrow wax for my wedding day went horribly wrong when the girl ripped the skin off both sides of my face! An awful situation, yes, but we all have bad days at work and I felt really sorry for the girl who had done it. What was worse was the way it was handled. The owner didn't do anything to help other than offer the treatment for free. She didn't offer any reduction on the other treatment I'd had, just the free removal of skin on my face two days before my wedding. Thanks. She told me I'd need to put aloe vera on it but that they had run out so I should get myself to boots. Mortified and in tears at this point I said I just wanted to pay and leave. When the phone rang she picked it up and had a full conversation before taking my payment - leaving me stood there crying like an idiot in front of the other customers. Just outrageously appalling treatment. I will never return.
