I have no idea why so many 5*. After texting to come earlier, she left me waiting for 5 minutes outside. I came in for a Brazilian, which I’ve had multiple times before. I had to tell her practically how to do it- to make the skin taut for example, after she ripped off a HUGE section so hard I yelped, which is unlike me. I had to tell her to shut the door while I undressed. She badmouthed another customer in front of me, the hair left is uneven, and used unsterile scissors to trim. Never again.
