Treatment was very rushed and didn’t feel like value for money. It was not the finish I would have liked. This is aside from the fact that she didn’t even know I had booked an appointment as she said she didn’t really use Treatwell because of the charge. The wax itself didn’t hurt, perhaps because I’m used to the pain by now, but I didn’t really feel comfortable and felt I’d been overcharged if I’m honest.
