There was a mix up on the booking system so my appointment had to be rescheduled on the day, like 2 hours before my actual booking. Luckily Kakia (who's very friendly and helpful by the way) managed to sort out some earlier appointment that suited me. I usually go for a deep cleansing facial (at another salon but my beautician moved) and according to the information online Environ Purifying Treatment was the closest to it, so i booked that. It was different from what I'm used to but left the salon refreshed and with some recommendations for next time. Note: if you don't pay online, have cash on you as they do not take card payments. Also, you might hear the washing machine going, i guess that's a good sign for cleanliness, but might be distracting for some that like quiet during treatment. All in all, it's been great and will be back.

It's only been one session so far but after trying several different electrolysis facilities, this is the best result I've seen. Everything was so upfront and clear---I immediately book for my next session then and there.
