The best leg wax I've had for a very long time - very thorough and hot wax is used which meant my legs were super smooth and it didn't hurt at all. Also one of the cheapest leg waxes I've had, so it's amazing value. Kakia is really friendly - I will definitely be back.

Kakia was nice and did an ok job, although i don't think she gives any refund if anything goes wrong, so beware

My appointment was booked for 10 am, I was told by the receptionist it was going to another further 10 min, at this point it's 10:23.... so the the appointment I booked at 10am wouldn't start until 10:33, if I wasn't pushed for time I would of happily waited but as I was going on holiday the next day I need to get a few things. The apology was in unsatisfactory and very lacking in kindness. I'm will still waiting for refund for the service that has been received. This a downside of prepaid treatments which may deter me from using Treatwell again, I for sure will me going to Stonehill hairdressers and Mona Lisa's again.
