the salon is Ok and the beautician is a nice friendly lady. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience since my legs were burned with the waxing treatment. I still have some darker patches from the treatment 2 weeks ago and fear they will stay forevermore. I have been waxing my legs for 30 years and this has never happened before. When I called the salon a few days after as I was expecting the redness and itchiness to go down but didn't the owner was completely unapologetic and told me off for not calling her earlier insisting that I go to see her that afternoon which is not possible for a full time working mum. Very disappointing and awful customer service.
