First time visiting Kakia, and it won't be the last. Whilst I found the location a little tricky to find, Kakia met me and took me to the venue. The venue itself is small but brilliant, and considering that Kakia is finishing the process of moving in, everything was set up so professionally, was clean and prepped for clients, and personally I preferred the small intimate quarters to a large sterile salon. Kakia herself was wonderful, so personable and made me feel so comfortable. With regards to the treatment, there are no words! Wow! Kakia is an expert, so quick and smooth in her technique, and I cannot recommend enough the experience of having a beauty technician/therapist who is so knowledgeable and using such high quality products. I've never had a hot wax using beeswax before, but it was amazing. Far less painful than other hot waxes and Kakia made the entire experience (almost) enjoyable. I say almost because having hair ripped out will always hurt, but this was truly the best experience I've ever had. Will definitely be back! Thank you Kakia :)

This was my first hot wax since lockdown and I was nervous but as soon as I met Kakia she made me feel at ease. The best hollywood hot wax I have ever had. I’ll be returning! :)

Really great experience with Kakia, she gave me loads of advice about healing and preventing acne having had a terrible breakout. Very knowledgeable and caters the session to what your skin needs. Will definitely be returning
