I have blonde coarse hair on my chin, so laser treatment can't be an option for hair removal. It was my first session of electrolysis, and it wasn't painful at all. Kakia made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go again.

Really great waxing, the quality of the wax is amazing, they use hot wax for legs which is really hard to find at reasonable prices, basically painless as well 10/10
