Mona was incredibly kind and professional. It was my first time booking her, and it was a last-minute appointment. On top of that, I was late, but she was so understanding, polite, and made me feel completely at ease. She did an amazing job, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first-time experience. I highly recommend her!
