Mona was very professional and commutative ahead of the appointment. When she arrived she was efficient and tidy. She did a great job of my eyebrows and haircut

Mona was lovely from start to finish. She was chatty and really tried to understand what i wanted from my haircut. I wasn't really sure what i wanted and changed my mind halfway through about the length and she was keen to ensure i was happy with the finished result, She did a great job and was professional throughout.

I would highly recommend Mona! Previously, I had been using the same lady for my wax since 2016, however due to location changes this has become inconvenient. I was nervous to book with someone new. Mona immediately made me feel at ease on her home visit. Her mobile equipment is fantastic incl. a comfy treatment bed & adherence to COVID-19 safety precautions. I found Mona very professional with respect to her knowledge about the treatments & the best methods. 5* & I plan to be a regular :-)
