Previously, I had been using the same lady for my wax since 2016, however due to location changes this has become inconvenient. I was nervous to book with someone new. Mona immediately made me feel at ease on her home visit. Her mobile equipment is fantastic incl. a comfy treatment bed & adherence to COVID-19 safety precautions. I found Mona very professional with respect to her knowledge about the treatments & the best methods. 5* & I plan to be a regular :-)
