Veronica was so thorough with my wax, she took the extra time necessary to sort out any ingrown hairs that I had. Having curly hair & shaving often this can happen quite a lot - so she gave me tips on how to exfoliate properly to avoid the cycle of ingrowns. Usually i’m rushed out the door at other places but Veronica really took her time and made me feel welcome. Will definitely be coming back
