Monika was amazing. This was my first time at Beauty Bank Studios and I will definitely be back. I have very thick/stubborn hair (black/caribbean) and Monika gave me a completely clean Hollywood wax. The service was quick and thorough and Monika was friendly and made sure that I was ok the whole way through.
