Overall I quite enjoyed my treatment, Monique was good in initial communications, the facial itself felt relaxing and invigorating at the same time and smelled wonderful- a perfect way to start a summer! Location was also great, just behind Harrods, very easy to get to. The only trouble I have was actually getting into the building, but it did not spoil the overall impression.
I when to Monique to have a back massage and facial. It was really lovely. Gave me water on arrival and was friendly but professional. What amazed me the most about Monique was her incredible knowledge of everything that she did. She was able give understanding about what and why she did something but at the same time in a language I understood The whole experience was really lovely. The massage was just what I needed and really worked my knotted areas around my shoulder and neck. She asked all along the way if what she was doing was ok, but even though it was a little painful (which I was fin with as I agreed to it) I wanted her to loosen those areas, when she finished the area felt great! The facial was lovely! She used fresh fruit which she made her self and she really removed all black head with out leaving marks or redness after! The whole experience was really enjoyable! Sine then, Monique has been given great advice. I haven’t had the chance to go back, but when I get an opportunity I will. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. Only small tiny down point is that is slightly hard to find, but so close to the station its just behind H&M back entrance in Knightsbridge.
This was a treat for myself. The salon itself is within a business centre i.e. a shared office space a minute or so walk from Harrods so very easy to get to by public transport. It felt less luxurious going into an office building rather than straight into a salon but once I was there it didn't matter as the room was relaxing and atmospheric so I soon forgot this aspect. The therapist, Monique is very friendly and chatty but always professional. The facial was incredibly relaxing and the products used were fresh and made by the therapist. I could smell the summer fruits in the face mask. The back massage was relaxing. My skin glowed for a few days afterwards and felt very soft and smooth and looked visibly brighter. The therapist had been trained by one of the leading facialists in London and worked in other large salons such as Aveda. She clearly knew her area of expertise. She was very hard-working and committed to using only products which she knew what they contained and the ingredients were are as natural as possible. She had only recently opened this central London salon and I wish her every success in continuing to grow her business in an increasingly competitive environment.
Monique was lovely; really friendly and knew her stuff. Easy to reach location, although slightly unusual salon in large office building. Massage particularly good. Facial good enough to eat! Would definitely return for another treatment.
This was an excellent value massage / summer fruits facial deal. Monique was friendly and knowledgeable, and the treatment was very thorough. I lost track of the number of stages of the facial, which ended with a lovely smelling mask made with strawberries, raspberries and yoghurt. I never find a single facial causes dramatic change in my skin but the experience was extremely relaxing and I would recommend the salon.
