Friendly staff, the products and tools aren’t quite up to date.

Terrible experience. Booked a pre paid appointment for 7pm, only to turn up and the staff telling me that no one could wax my eyebrows for at least half an hour. I was given the reason that Treatwell doesn’t match up with the booking system. Having diverted 15 miles out of my way to get to the appointment, this is hardly what I expected.
I sincerely hope that I get a refund.
I won’t be booking here again.
