Good for the price. Disappointed with the lashes as a whole, driving home my right eye didn’t feel right and when I had a look when I got home it’s due to two eyelashes being glued into my water line so had to remove those which was frustrating and painful. Lay on a bed which was put in the hall way upstairs also which was distracting and made me feel uncomfortable with people walking past (Hence the 1 for ambience). Eyes are a tad uneven but that could be more to do with the asymmetry in my face. however there’s not too much complaining I can do on the product, lashes feel nice, albeit there’s a fair amount of excess glue on them. Okay for £35.
Possible improvements:
May be worth retraining, as lashes didn’t lay right when we were done. Had to manipulate them at home for a more coherent look. Dedicate a room to a booking, instead of serving clients in the hallway. Lash tech had a cold at the time which isn’t an issue as it is winter, but would be worth catching up on standards for that as I don’t believe gloves were worn and eyes can be very sensitive.
