Treatment was okay, soft skin immediately after, I seem to have a few spots erupted since though. I had a cotton wool bud poked up my nose by accident once or twice too.
Mixed reception from staff on arrival - a bit weird as I was potentially a new client. A bit late starting, was meant to start at 11.00, didn’t go upstairs until 11.10 (then had a talk in a cold, dark treatment about my skin type and waited a while for the girl who came back to do the treatment). Was back in reception for 12.00, so not quite an hour.
Fairly nice girl who did my treatment though.
