Feel really relaxed even though hadn’t visited monochrome before. The girls were lovely and friendly. Pleased with the end result of my wax. Appointment took bit longer than anticipated but wasn’t a problem for me as would rather have it done properly than be rushed. Will definitely be returning

I booked for cut and blow dry for £18 however when I came to pay I was charged £25 I could understand the increase if I had a restyle but I didn't so was a little disappointed
