Laura did such a good job at not just the wax but also making sure I felt completely comfortable. Any previous nerves I had were gone and I am more than happy with the amazing results. I’d fully recommend to anyone

Upon arriving to the venue, the stylist had not even cleaned the hair from the previous client prior to me sitting down. I was sat in the seat with the previous clients hair all over the chair. Then the stylist continuously kept going on her phone whilst I was waiting to get my hair washed at one point she even said she 'couldn't be bothered today' not something you want to hear as a client. She didn't rinse the shampoo or massage it in properly and the haircut was far from what I wanted.
