Pros:
- I asked for a firm massage, and I received a firm massage
- The therapist seemed to be experienced
- The receptionist was friendly
Cons:
- The massage bedding felt oily and unclean
- The strong smell of food throughout the massage was off-putting (I assume coming from the break room)
- The therapist seemed to be in a rush (it was the last appointment of the day)
- I didn't feel particularly cared for (my partner was asked if he liked the pressure, but I was not asked).

I go to Monsoon regular, it's always an excellent massage. All the therapists are great communicators, making sure the pressure is right and finding the spots in my body that need work. Highly recommend.
