I booked a hot stone massage and instead had a woman standing on my back which I didn’t ask for and punching and slapping me. I’ve tried reaching out to management (who also overcharged me) and they’ve refunded the overcharge but ignored my complaint.

Not what I booked! I booked a hot stone massage and instead had 10 minutes of that and 80 minutes of being slapped, punched and stood on! Such a shame as the reviews were amazing
