They did leave me in the room for 15 mins and forgot about me until I asked. Having said that I do usually have a good massage here. Not sure how different the sports massage was from the deep tissue massage - the stretching can also sometimes be a little too rough, with a fear that I might actually come out more injured than I went in…but on the whole this is a nice place for Tulse Hill/West Norwood, just be clear on the pressure you want/ area of focus before it begins
