The massage itself was good, however my appointment started 15 minutes late (due to their previous appointment over running) and instead of running mine over they gave me a 45 minute one (instead of the hour I’d paid for). The room was also very cold and there was another customer who was incredibly loud in one of the other rooms which was rather distracting. I wouldn’t return in a hurry.

The treatment lasted 23 minutes. The therapist came in late and finished 2 minutes earlier. She disappeared before I realized. There was another lady taking the payment, and I wasn' t in the mood to discuss anyway. Wanted to gift me half an hour of peace at difficult time but didn't work out!
