Unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. I had thought that, on top of more unique haircuts, they would also do a simple trim for me. This is not the case - the hairdresser made this very clear to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. I wish he had just asked me to leave. Instead, he took 3 inches off my hair when I had asked for 0.5-1 inch. So now I have extremely short hair for the next few months whilst I try to grow it back. No, I didn’t complain at the time because 1) he was already being rude, 2) the hair had already been cut and 3) I had paid upfront. Avoid.

Loved the shop vibes, was really interesting to see a unique hairdressing shop like Monster House. I loved my stylist, he was really friendly with great chat. I thought the haircut I got was fab and for the value it's definitely somewhere I'll return to again.
