Lovely staff - Enric was very attentive and took time to understand what I wanted and explained what he was doing at each stage. Only downside was that I noticed a big patch of hair had been shaved off accidentally so I have had to wear my hair differently to cover it. It's quite dark in the salon so this was not noticeable until I was outside in the light. Would suggest having more lighting in the area where hair is cut to avoid this.
