I was asked by phone to change my appointment time, and when l arrived l had to wait 15 minutes for the previous client to be finished. However, my stylist was friendly and very caring of my medical condition. She couldn’t have been nicer and l am very pleased with the haircut. I was surprised on going to pay that they expected me to pay £35 not the £15 that l’d signed up for on the website. They kindly only took £20 saying the website was inaccurate.
