My nails were done very well and I’m really happy with them, been here many times before and they always do a good job. However this time the receptionist (who I’ve never seen before) told me that she wasn’t expecting me because they don’t check treatwell bookings and you should book directly with them, I was told I was ‘very lucky there is someone available to do it right now ’ even though I had already booked and paid via treatwell. Nice setting - staff are professional and courteous. While I was having my mani/pedi they had a number of what I would describe as difficult requests from customers and they did their best to accommodate them. Offer complimentary green tea!
