This is my new fav nail spot, however there is a misunderstanding between the staff. I paid for express gel and when I was leaving, I have been asked to pay £10 extra as my cuticles have been cut too. I told them that they should have told me upfront and explain me that I will be charged £10 extra on top. I will continue visiting the salon, but I find this quite unprofessional and disappointing!
