I’ve been here before for beauty treatments and they’ve always been great, I needed a last minute hair cut so I thought I’d book in here - big mistake. It looked okay (from a distance) when I left the salon, but I looked again when I got home and it was awful. They’ve absolutely ruined my hair, the layers are so bulky and uneven and it just looks horrendous. I phoned them for a refund and they just told me I had to come back in for them to fix it, but I don’t want them touching my hair again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, as it was my first ever wax the staff member was understanding and talked me through everything and we even had a laugh. Would recommend
