I’ve been here before for beauty treatments and they’ve always been great, I needed a last minute hair cut so I thought I’d book in here - big mistake. It looked okay (from a distance) when I left the salon, but I looked again when I got home and it was awful. They’ve absolutely ruined my hair, the layers are so bulky and uneven and it just looks horrendous. I phoned them for a refund and they just told me I had to come back in for them to fix it, but I don’t want them touching my hair again.
