The front of the salon is beautiful and the staff very welcoming, sadly the decor and standard in the back rooms are worn down and very small. The noise from the shop can also be heard with bright lightening which ruins the calm usually experienced for a massage. The massage itself was good, just let down by the salon.

Got a head massage before my cut. It consisted of putting a bunch of oil in my hair, not much of a massage. I was then passed onto an apprentice who shampooed my hair badly and cut my hair unsupervised. She did not do a good job and was clearly unable to style it afterwards. All the while more senior members of staff were chatting with each other at the reception area. At the end of this ordeal my hair was left drenched in oil and with a horrific bowl haircut. RUN FOR THE HILLS!

Hair is in worse condition than before I went! The ends are now extremely dry and had to ask the hairdresser to use heat protection
