Lash lift was really badly done, all pointing different directions, some of the lash tips pointed the wrong directions (don't think they were combed out properly). Chemicals went into one of my eyes so it was red and sore. The staff were rude and dismissive, didn't apologise for any of the issues and refused to admit there was a problem with one set of lashes. They did offer to redo the other eye but after they got the products in my eye and were so rude, I decided to leave. No refund offered
