The lady that cut my hair didn’t speak English & didn’t understand what I was asking for. We agreed on a picture of a long bob haircut & then she started using an electric shaver and razoring the hair at the back of my neck. I immediately told her to stop & now I have a buzzed hairline at the back of my head & very tiny pieces that are way shorter than the rest of the hair and now means I cannot put my hair up. Please spend the extra and go elsewhere. I have never been so upset
