Wax wasn't awful, but not great. Not a particularly nice environment for the waxing, I appreciate they may have just moved premises and aren't fully sorted, but felt like going into a stock room to have a wax. Was cold and uninviting, and a bit dark and dreary. Also was a "hot wax" but was done with half hot wax and half strip wax. Also realised afterwards that the waxer had been reusing sticks in the wax pot, not particularly hygienic. Was wasn't terrible but won't be going again. Staff were nice enough.
