Johnny gave my hair a good cut despite taking more off than I'd anticipated. Chloe washed my hair really nicely. Moose is a nice place and I'd recommend it to a friend.
There was a problem with the boiler so they cut my hair first then washed/ blow dried it. They were super sweet about it though and the coffee was great!
Lovely salon and a great stylist. He knew straight away the kind of cut my limp/fine hair required. I was off to a party afterward and left with a fantastic blow dry that kept all night. And I got a really good cup of coffee. Couldn't be happier!
I had my hair highlighted last Saturday by Trisha, asking for a warm shade of blonde. She used bleach and completely destroyed my hair, leaving it an icky blue-grey colour with completely white strands on the top. The colour with a haircut cost me £140. I expressed my dissatisfaction to her, and she did not apologise or offer to correct it, so I sent an email to the salon owner the following day explaining what had happened.
He was very apologetic and told me to come back in to have the colour corrected by a different stylist, at no additional charge. It took two more tries to finally cover up the horrible grey-white colour I had been left with. As a result, my hair is not honey blonde as I had hoped, but a warm shade of brown. Still not exactly what I was after, but I do really like it! While the first stylist was quite unsatisfactory, I really appreciate the effort made by the rest of staff to rectify the mistake, so I am giving them four stars.
