Such a lovely place with the friendliest staff! Thanks to wonderful Trisha I got my very first highlights and I was very statisfied with the final look! I'm definitely going back.
cool & cooler place (vintage décor & no heating at all). Chatty staff and good music. I booked a balayage but she convince me for a "better option". The result was paid an extra £70.00 (on top of the previous £60.00) for a bleached full head highlight and colour very far from the one I wanted and needed (I show pictures and insisted on my natural root colour). After 4 months without any tint on my hair to make it healthier I got a burnt killed hair.
I was asked to come back in 2weeks time booking a service of another £150.00 to finish the colour treatment.
Just make the count!! for killing my hair. No thanks, I rather shave my head.
Great hairdresser, gave lots of useful tips on what to do at home and really listened to what I needed. Very friendly place in general I'd recommend Moose to friends.
