Friendly and chatty staff, very formal and professionally carried out establishment, was offered a coffee and biscuits and was treated very kindly. Would recommend to a friends and family, we would love to know what we can do to maintain our hair after the haircut, if haircut was £5 cheaper would of gave it 5/5 but I'd rate 4.5/5.

Absolutely loved my appointment with Jess for a cut / blow dry. (Not something I often say after a haircut!)
She listened carefully, made great suggestions, showed me how to achieve the look I wanted at home, took her time and was friendly and respectful throughout.

Staff were super lovely and friendly but treatment not straightened my hair as much as expected now that I've washed it. Would return for other hair services however.
