Jessica was great really friendly and helpful, recommended some great hair tools and product to use on my hair.
always a lovely afternoon. jessica was running late due to a knock on effect, I didn't mind as I had a cup of tea and plenty of magazines (plus she is worth the wait & remembered me after 5 months since my last visit). I went different and got a fringe which I haven't had in about 15 years, Jessica showed me photos of celebrities on the I pad to define which style I would like. she then went on to cut it long (you can always take more off) which I liked as this gave me time to get used to it. the cut was perfect. only a inch off like I asked. she blow dried it in a style to add volume and used RedKen product to keep the vavavoom. I must say, I have nothing to fault.
Gianluca was very attentive and considerate, and full of energy given it was his last appointment of the day. He listened to what I wanted and gave some nice suggestions too. I would have been nice to have a longer appointment slot and flexibility on how I wanted it styling but I can't really complain. Would return!
