Sadly, this was without doubt the worst pedicure I have ever had. It started off badly when they'd forgotten to turn on the hot water. I wanted a pale purple nail varnish but she kept pushing bright red shades. The pedicure itself was cursory at best, with minimal massage and simply smoothing rather than removing hard skin. I usually walk out of a pedicure as if I'm walking on air but in this case, I felt no different and 30 minutes later was actually in pain from the agitation of hard skin.
