On my very first appointment and throughout Patience has been very attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable in her area of work. The energy is very calm and relaxing, I was very nervous but Patience reassured me and the setting alone calmed me. I love my brows and so thankful I can wake up and not worry about drawing them on and can go to sleep without worrying my eyebrows may end up on my pillow or my husband Lol. Overall very pleased and excited about my new look.

Patience is fantastic! She completely transformed the shape of my eyebrows and I'm loving them. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and make adjustments to the outline before starting, which was much appreciated and calmed any nerves. She was very friendly, informative, and also constantly applied numbing cream and was checking on my pain level - I couldn't feel a thing :) All in all, great service and amazing results!

In all honesty I wasn’t expecting my appointment and treatment to go as well as it did! I was very apprehensive and thinking about this for a long time, I just didn’t know who to trust but I’m so glad I found Patience.
