I have been going to Moreno for 5+ years and do not trust anyone else with my hair.
If you want someone who gives you what you want even if it damages your hair, and they do it anyway for the money, then do not go to Moreno.
On the hand if you are looking for a stylist who educates you about your hair and the pros and cons of using chemicals such as bleach on your hair, then he is the one to go to. Moreno is honest, knowledgeable he works closely with you to keep your hair in the best condition
