When using this venue there is never waiting time; someone (mostly Moreno himself) immediately looks after me, makes me feel comfortable and treatments starts soon after.
My wishes and preferences are discussed sensibly and I fully understand what sort of cut and outcome I can expect. Treatment is smooth and swift. The haircuts I have received so far always last for much longer than expected, so that the next visit can be postponed if necessary without running the risk of looking all too bad.
