My experience at Basingstoke Wellness was 5 star. Evelina was professional, friendly and an all round lovely person. She went through every detail before she did it and made sure I was 100% happy before she did anything. She also made sure I was happy before I left. I Would definitely recommend her and will be booking with her again.

Evalina is very conscientious in her work and likes to make sure you are comfortable at all stages of treatment. I had a marathon session of body & some face waxing treatments today, and even towards the end Evalina wanted to make sure she did a really good job & got every hair possible, a true professional. She knows my skin well and uses the most appropriate wax for the area she is waxing. The treatment room is clean & relaxing. As always it is a pleasure to visit Basingstokes Wellness Centre.
