Super service. Great to be able to (safely) get a treatment done. Good hygiene and felt safe (masks, seeing screens wiped down and hand gel etc.) Warm welcome and lovely staff - thanks Trudie! :-)

I had a really enjoyable time It was my first visit to Basingstoke wellness and it will not be my last. I was greeted on arrival and offered a drink. I felt really at home and safe. Ella then took me up to the treatment room and did a wonderful aromatherapy massage. I loved it. I will be back.

Joshua is fab, he listens to what you say, advises on procedure and is so professional but in a friendly way. First time for me having a treatment on my face and I feel that Joshua looks after me really well.
