Josh makes you feel comfortable, he is very professional and conscientious. I see Josh to relax and he never fails. I have used Basingstoke Wellness for Gel manicures, massage and a hot stone massage. All of which have been great, the hot tone massage was the best massage I have had. I have recommended colleagues and friends who have also had a great experience.

Josh was very friendly on the start of the appointment. Josh listened to the treatment that I wanted and was will to accommodate any slight changes to the appointment. Josh also gave the choice of which oils to choice from. Overall a very pleasant experience
