I've never had a facial before. I like that Pam is knowledgeable but dispenses advice thoughtfully, with no hard sell, and without being disdainful of my existing skin care routine. Which tbh is just soap, water, M&Ms serum and an spf moisturiser. My skin has always been quite well behaved but is older now and the serum is wonderfully plumping and hydrating.
Post facial my skin felt flustered for 12hours. But 2 days later it's blooming. Pam says the results are best at 4 days
