Talking about my skin is something I have always found very embarrassing, so I have tended to avoid the conversation at all costs & as a result, despite all of the positive things I had heard about Mortar & Milk, I was feeling nervous prior to my appointment, but I really needn't have been.
My consultation was nothing but positive from start to finish! Pam's enthusiasm & passion for her craft is so obvious & she also has an incredible amount of knowledge that she communicated to me in a way that was easy to understand & remember.
What was most surprising to me was how simple her recommendations were, some of which included skincare products, but a lot of which were simple lifestyle tips that could help to improve my skin, such as cleaning my phone regularly. The 3 products she recommended to me are also easy to use & have added no more than 5 minutes to my morning & evening routine.
The best thing about my experience at Mortar & Milk is that I came away with Pam's phone number, meaning I can ask her all of the questions I need to while I put in to practise everything we spoke about during my consultation, no matter how silly I think the questions are. That really is another level of customer service & testament to her commitment to her clients & love for what she does.
